Swimming Pools
Rules applied to swimming pool

Towels must be used on sunloungers

Private umbrellas or parasols are not permitted

The use of radios and bringing food into the pool area are strictly prohibited

Entry of dogs or other animals is prohibited

The consumption of alcoholic beverages and the organization of meals in the pool area are also prohibited.

Children to be supervised by an adult at ALL times

No shouting, jumping or plunging in a way that disturbs the peace.

Boats, inflatable mattresses, floats, balls, etc., are not allowed in the pool, with the exception of floats for young children, who may use them in the children's area of the pool
Noise
This is a wonderfully tranquil urbanisation and as such the community request that every guest or resident shall avoid any noise in the villa that may disturb the peace and rest of the remaining residents of the urbanisation.
Quiet hours 21:00 - 09:00
Each guest must prevent noises from occurring in their apartment that could disturb the peace and rest of the other residents of the house. Machines, radios, televisions, music players, and any other similar devices, as well as cleaning equipment, must be set to a minimum volume so that the sound does not exceed the boundaries of the apartment where they are used, especially after 11 p.m.
Air con and Lights
Please ensure aircon and lights are switched off when you leave the apartment.
Rubbish
All household waste must be placed in closed plastic bags and deposited in the rubbish bins located outside the main gate next to the roundabout.
